All filings (DOT, MC, BOC-3) are submitted based on the information you provide. Baxter Transit is not responsible for errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete information. - Truck Rentals
Rental customers must hold valid licenses and insurance. Trucks must be returned in the same condition as rented, except for normal wear and tear. - Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, and materials are owned by Baxter Transit and may not be copied or used without permission. - Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any customer who violates these terms or applicable laws. - Governing Law
